The factory intake ribbon on Sea-Doo's 1630 ACE platform is a flow-rate compromise: quiet, smooth, restrictive. For closed-loop riding it works fine. For supercharger-heavy applications and Stage 1+ builds, that ribbon becomes the bottleneck. GT40 Marine's Ribbon Delete Kit eliminates the restrictor, opens up the Air Intake to the supercharger inlet, and unlocks the airflow ceiling that limits peak power and throttle response.

The kit ships complete: precision-machined billet aluminum intake saddle, OE-spec O-rings, stainless mounting hardware, AND the 3-1/8" (75mm) bi-metal hole saw plus arbor needed to cut the install location into your stock airbox. Every component is engineered and manufactured in-house at GT40 Marine for high-cycle marine use.
