The factory closed-loop cooling system on Sea-Doo's 1630 ACE platform was designed for casual cruising. GT40Marine's Sea-Doo Open Loop Cooling Kit converts the head cooling path to a continuous raw-water circuit so tuned 230 and 300 HP builds can hold power longer under sustained load.
The kit is built around marine-grade hose, billet hardware, brass fittings, stainless clamps, and an adjustable flow regulator so you can tune cooling for warm saltwater, southern lakes, or cooler northern water.
